Easter Egg Hunt

This year we are planning another Easter Egg Hunt for residents of the Estate.  It will follow the same format as previous years’ and take place from 10-11.00am on Monday April 10th.  If you haven’t been on one before, or can’t remember, this is how it will work:

– At 10am (as precisely as I can) I will email a map of the Estate with 12 locations pinpointed. 
– Depending on your technology you can print this or carry it with you on a phone/pad for better resolution.
– Hidden at each of the 12 locations there will be a coloured egg containing many identical paper tokens with the location number on.
– You need to find these eggs (in any order), collect a token (only one per person) from each, and re-hide the egg exactly as you found it.
– Your goal is to collect as many of the 12 different tokens as you can, as quickly as you can, before delivering them to The Easter Bunny at Egg Headquarters (one of us in a gazebo in Nuneham Square).
– Your tokens can then be exchanged for an Easter Egg:
     1-5 tokens for a few Mini Eggs
     6-8 for a small egg
     9-10 for a medium egg
     11-12 for a larger egg 
– Don’t take too long, because if we run out of any egg, then we can only offer the next size down, and Egg Headquarters will close at 11.00!
– Egg Headquarters may be able to help with advice and stock level reports as the hunt progresses.
